Contest Rules
Unless otherwise
specified, all contests & drawings are one entry per person per contest.
Entrants must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. CLASSIC99/KFUO-FM
employees, relatives of CLASSIC99/KFUO-FM employees, CLASSIC99/KFUO-FM
advertisers, advertising agencies engaged by CLASSIC99/KFUO-FM, are not
eligible. Listeners must wait (30) days after winning a contest before they are
eligible to enter another contest.
If the prize is valued at $600 or
more, CLASSIC99/KFUO-FM is required by law to issue a tax form 1099 and send it
along with the winner's social security number to the Internal Revenue
Service.
Listeners can claim their tickets and/or items in person at the
CLASSIC99/KFUO-FM studios during regular business hours. In some instances,
event tickets and/or items may be mailed directly to the winner. Duplicate or
substitute tickets will not be offered if the winner fails to claim and/or use
the tickets in a timely manner.
It is the responsibility of the winner
to pay any additional taxes and/or gratuities as deemed necessary for the
activation and use of the prize.
To register, listeners can:
1. Be a
designated caller to the CLASSIC99/KFUO-FM studios
2. Complete a
registration form at a specific CLASSIC99/KFUO-FM event
3. Fax or mail -
name, address and phone number to CLASSIC99/KFUO-FM
4. Register online at
